Property Dossier

There's no upload button on this page — a dossier isn't a document you attach, it's generated live from data that already lives elsewhere in the CRM:

Pick a project above and click Load. The structured sections — Highlights, Project Details, Nearby Places, Amenities, Inventory & Pricing — are pulled straight from that project's own record and its Inventory rows. To change any of them, edit the Project or its Inventory (project-form.html / inventory) and Load again.
The written sections — Investment Analysis, Article, News/WhatsApp Summary — are AI-drafted from that same data. They start as Draft and need a review pass before you'd treat them as final or share them; use Approve on each section once you're happy with it.
Regenerate written sections re-runs the AI draft — use it after you've updated the Project/Inventory data and want the written sections to catch up. This needs a paid Anthropic API key set up in config.php. No key configured, or don't want to pay for one? Use Copy AI Prompt instead — it builds the exact same instructions and data as one plain-text prompt you paste into any AI chat (ChatGPT, Claude.ai's free chat, Gemini, whatever's on hand) yourself, no key needed. Attach the project's brochure/price list to that chat too if you want the AI drawing on more than the CRM data. Paste its reply back into the box that appears and click Save — it lands as a Draft, same review step either way.
