Who Each Suits
Elaris is aimed at buyers who want a large, amenity-rich apartment in a central-west Jaipur location and are comfortable with a ticket of roughly Rs 2.25 crore and above on the stated launch rate. Shubh Nilay offers a villa option and a larger township setting on a corridor with metro access, but we cannot say more on size or price until the remaining brochure pages are reviewed.
