You respond to buyer enquiries the Company assigns to you, understand what each buyer needs, coordinate site visits and follow up, working under an experienced Team Leader.

Straight answers

Is there a joining fee?

No. Never. Yash Terra does not charge a joining fee, deposit, kit charge or training charge, and nobody earns by recruiting you.

Is there a salary?

No fixed salary. You earn commission on the deals you close. For Associate Consultants, commission starts from ₹50,000* per closed deal, with no cap, as written in your signed deal sheet. Income is not guaranteed.

Will I get leads?

Enquiries from our website, marketplace and campaigns are assigned to you through the CRM when available. Volume is not guaranteed, and a sale can take weeks or months.

When and how is commission paid?

Commission is paid once the Company has received the related brokerage in cleared funds and verification is complete. Your rate for every deal is written in a signed deal sheet before you rely on it.

Who do I report to?

Associate Consultants report to a named Team Leader, with an escalation contact in the Company. Brokers and Channel Associates work independently and register leads in the Company CRM.

Do I need experience?

Not for the Fresher role. Willingness to learn and honesty matter more than a CV. The Broker / Channel Associate role is for people who already work in Jaipur real estate.

*Starting commission per closed, documented transaction, confirmed in your signed deal sheet and paid after the Company receives the related brokerage. No fixed salary; income is not guaranteed. Leads are assigned when available. Never collect money from a buyer; payments go only through the developer’s official channel.
